The Grindery is Indianapolis' Premiere Urban Business Incubator located in the heart of the Near Northwest Community. This non-profit consulting firm was established June 25th, 2012 as one of the early initiatives of the The Northwest Vision Development Center through the love of First Baptist Church North Indianapolis and the vision and work of our Pastor, founder, Dr. Ivan Douglas Hicks. The Vision Development Center helps entrepreneurs and organizations imagine and develop the vision for the rest of their lives. The Grindery is our first and flagship program!
